Signature : Sadasada
(We divide 4 sections for each sword as Saijyo saku, Jyojyo saku
Jyo saku and regular saku) This Sadasada belongs to Jyosaku ranking.
The blade was polished.
Blade length : 25.6 cm or 10.07 inches.
Sori : 0.2 cm or 0.07 inches.
Mekugi : 1
Width at the hamachi : 2.31cm or 0.90 inches.
Kasane : 0.60 cm or 0.23 inches.
Era : Late Muromachi period. About 1520
Shape : The nakago is longer size which is typical late Muromachi period.
Jitetsu : Itame had well grained with jinie attach Hadatachi jigane which is visible to see the texture well.
Hamon : Niedeki gunome midair up and down and sunagashi and small kinsuji work in Ha.
Special feature : Sadasada was working at late Muromachi period but the signature is not mentioned any book which is called Meikanmore.
Prrobably he was helping his master for so many years.
Therefor even though his high skill, his signature is not appear.
Anyway the blade is good quality.
