Blade length : 68.2cm or 26.85 inches.
Sori : 1.3cm or 0.51 inches.
Mekugi : 3
Width at the hamachi : 2.75cm or 1.08 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 1.75cm or 0.68 inches.
Kasane : 0.64cm or 0.25 inches.
Era : Early Edo Period
Shape : It is O-Suriage with small signature Nobukuni engraved on the tang.
The Sori is deep. It is elegant shape tachi.
Jitetsu : Koitame Hada with mixture of Mokume hada/ Jinie is finely attached.
It is clear and beautiful Jigane.
Hamon : Konie Deki with mixture of Choji midare and Gunome Midare.
Ashi and Yo is active inside the Ha. Voshi is Notare burned down style.
Special feature : Nobukuni was branched in three places.
During Ouei period Tsukushi Nobukuni and Yamamura Nobukuni has parted
from Kyo Nobukuni Later one, Tsukushi Nobukuni has brought up Takamori
and many other sword smith. This work has Tachi Mei engraving.
The signature is small and the Jigane is small so it is most likely late Ouei period work.
From my eyes. this signature is similar to Yamamura NObukuni however, NBTHK has attributed this blade as Tsukushi Nobukuni. The work has nice Jigane and gorgeous Hamon. It is nice blade to appreciate.
Koshirae:
Tsuba: Round shape iron Tsuba with spider's web is engraved. The rim is covered with gold.
Fuchikashira: Shakudo Nanako, family crests(Mitsu Tachibana Mon) is engraved.
Saya: Black roiro Saya.
Menuki: Lobster is engraved.

Width at the Kissaki : 1.685 cm or 0.66 inches.
Kasane : 0.49 cm or 0.19 inches.
Era : Muromachi period around Bunmei era.
Shape : Regular size Suriage Wakizashi.
Jitetsu : Ko-Itame Hada well grained with Jinie attach. The Jigane is beautiful.
Hamon : Ko-Nie Deki Gunome Midare. This blade looks like Yoshii Bizen School.
Boshi is round shape. There are Bo-Utsuri.
Special feature : Chikuzen Nobukuni was a sword smith group active during Fukuoka province.
Chikuzen Nobukuni was started from Kyo-Nobukuni.
This blade's Jigane is nice. The Hamon is also beautiful.
