The blade was polished.
Blade length : 22.42 cm or 8.82 inches.
Sori : No Sori
Mekugi : 2
Width at the hamachi : 2.08 cm or 0.81 inches.
Kasane : 0.58 cm or 0.22 inches.
Era : Muromachi period EIiroku era.
Shape : The blade is Takenoko-zori(shape of a bamboo shoot) style which is nice looking shape.
Jitetsu : Itame hada with clear hada pattern. There is Utsuri appearing on the Ji.
Hamon : Konie Deki Suguha style with ashi and yo activities clear on the jigane.
The Ji is has powerful appearance and jigane is also fine work.
Special feature : The founder of the Sukesada started from early Muromachi to late
Muromachi period and also Edo period which is very popular sword school.
There are 3 sections Sukesada which are devised Zokumyo sukesada, good sukesada and mass productive Sukesada.
Zokumyo Sukesada was made for the top ranking samurai or Daimyo.
