The blade was polished by nice policer.
Blade length : 41.21 cm or 16.22 inches.
Sori : 1.14 cm or 0.44 inches.
Mekugi : 1
Width at the hamachi : 3.26 cm or 1.28 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.65 cm or 1.04 inches.
Kasane : 0.92 cm or 0.36 inches.
Era : Edo period around Kanbun era.
Shape : The blade on both sides of the blade has Bo-Hi.
The blade is wide and thick with deep sori nice looking shape.
Jitetsu : Koitame had well grained with jinie attach beautiful texture.
Hamon : Niedeki suguha start and then gunome midair with ash which is soft feeling soft nie and nice Habuchi.
In Hamon, small sunagashi and Kinsuji scatter.
Special feature : First generation Kunisada was born at Tensyo 18th(1590) and then he moved to Oosaka province age 20 and entered the awing of the Kunihiro.
When he was 25th, Kunihiro died and then he studied under Kunitomo.
At Genna 6, He moved to oosaka with his close friend first generation Kunisuke who was also working at the student of the Kunnihiro.
At Genna 9th he got the title of the Izumo Kami.
He passed away Keian 5th May 5th age 63. He made a lot of swords during his life.
Befor dieting his son who succeeded 2nd generation made many swords for his father's which is called Daisaku.
2nd generation Kunisada is quite well known sword smith as called Inoue Shinkai.
This blade is wide and elegant shape and fantastic Jigane and also nice active hamon.
