Yoshiteru was born in 1828 as a oldest son of the merchant Ihei at Teramachi, Kyoto. After his father’s death he has succeed to his father’s name Ihei. He then studied under Araki Hideaki and later on Goto Mitsufumi family.
This piece has Wari Tanzaku mei Sa(Kaou) Yoshiteru and it is rare art work.
