Higo Tsuba has been directed by Hosokawa Tadaoki, the one of the seven disciples of Rikyu.
Jingo is founder of Shimizu school in Higo. the first generation is a nephew of Hirata Hikozou. The signature has been started to engrave from and after the second generation.
Jingo has a similar characteristice like Rakuyaki in tea utensils such looks like knead by hands, unembellished but dynamic.
The dragon and the tiger looks like child graffiti. But if you take a look well, you should notice how this design is vibrant.
