habaki:gold foiled and syakudo double habaki.
Blade length : 67.7 cm or 26.65 inches.
Sori : 2.3 cm or 0.90 inches.
Mekugi :1
Width at the hamachi : 2.99cm or 1.17 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 1.99 cm or 0.78 inches.
Kasane : 0.73 cm or 0.28 inches.
Era : period.late Muromachi period.
Shape : The blade is small suriage with regular sized sword with deep sori nice looking shape.
Jitetsu :Koitame had well grained with jinie attach with small utsuri appear.
Hamon : Koniedeki suguha and round shape kissaki.
Special feature : The blade is mentioned as Bizen Kuni Ju Osafune Sozaemon Jo Sukesada but the signature is questionable.
Because the Sozaemon Jyo Sukesada belonged to Shinto period.
But this sword is deep nice looking sue Koto style. It means the blade looks fake. But the sword itself nice condition and also suitable for Iai practice and Kansyo to.(observe the blade)
