Blade length : 68 cm or 26.77 inches.
Sori : 1.9 cm or 0.74 inches.

Width at the hamachi : 2.86 cm or 1.12 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 1.90 cm or 0.74 inches.
Kasane : 0.65 cm or 0.25 inches.
Era : Edo period Tenmei era.
Shape : The blade is regular sized with sori and longer kissaki.
Jitetsu : Koitame had well grained with jinie attach.
Hamon : Niedeki suguha. From Hamachi bout 30cm, there is a Hagire.
Special feature : Nohon Kaji Sosyo Iga Kami Kinmichi continyued to 5th generation.
This sword belongs to 5th generation.
At Edo period, people were frightened of thunder.
So They believed the sword will guard them by holding the sword which was written Kaminariyoke.
The hagire happened about 30 cm from the Hamachi area.
The sword is suitable for Iai practice.
