The blade was polished.
Habaki : Gold foiled single habaki.
Blade length : 36.96 cm or 14.55 inches.
Sori : 0.99 cm or 0.38 inches.
Mekugi : 1
Width at the hamachi : 2.77 cm or 1.09 inches.
Kasane : 0.65 cm or 0.25 inches.
Weight of only blade : 322 gram.
Era : late Muromachi period.
Shape : The blade is rather wide and thick with deep sori nice looking sakizori style wakizashi.
Bo-hi is engraved on both sides of the blade.
Jitetsu : Itame hada well grained with jinie attach and visible to see the texture.
Hamon : Niedeki gunome midair and kogunome midare with sunagashi work.
Boshi is togari small round shape.

Special feature : Kanenori was working at Mino province and moved to Echigo province.
He was influenced from Echigo sword makers and made mixed up with Mino school cutting well sword.
This Nakago(tang) is longer than usual wakizashi which was thinking himself into cut well sword.
There are small kizu on the ji but not serious.
The blade is thick and sakizori style gorgeous hibachi wakizashi.
