The blade was polished by good polisher.
Blade length : 69.6 cm or 27.40 inches.
Sori : 2.2 cm or 0.86 inches.
Mekugi : 4(3 is open, 1 is filled.)
Width at the hamachi : 2.86 cm or 1.12 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 1.66 cm or 0.65 inches.
Kasane : 0.74 cm or 0.29 inches.
Era : Early Muromachi period.
Shape : The blade is almost Ubu nakago(original shape which was made at the time).
The blade is rather wide and thick with deep sori elegant nice looking shape.
Jitetsu : Itame hada and mokume hada mixed with jinie attach and also chikei work.
Hamon : Konie deki kogunome midair and cyoji midair mixed with ashi, Yo and small kinsuji work.
Boshi is midarekomi togari point and turns back.
Special feature : The Yasumitsu was a son of the Osafune Shigeyoshi who was working from Mintoku to Ouei era.
He made Tanto ,sunnobi Tanto, and Kowakizashi naily.
He also made a few Tachi like this sword.
This sword is almost Ubu nakago and pretty nice condition.
