Special feature: On the round shaped iron Tsuba, crowds and flying wild geese are engraved with open work.
Toshichiku was called Masaoki and real name was Iemon. At kyoho era, he was born at Takeya family’s son.
His family was accompanied with Oda Nobunaga at Muromachi period and got job from Tokugawa family treatment 5 Ninbuchi (he was a master of 5 person) and also he liked to make Tsuba and copied Akasaka school. It is very interesting work during his life.
At that time he was well known polisher and making Tsuba as his hobby.
This Tsuba looks typical Akasaka school.
