Jigane : Itame Hada well grained with Masa mixed and Jinie attach.
Hamon : Nie Deki, Suguha with many Ashi and Yo working.
We can see Sunagashi on Ha. Boshi turns round shape.
Special feature : Choshu Ju Kiyotsugu seems to be a disciple of Kiyotsugu who was disciple of kyo Iganokami Kanemichi in Nio school.
Jigane is Itame-hada with Masame mixed. There are few Kizu (scratches) on surface but wonderful work as a Showa blade well grained.
We can't see a sword forged by Choshu Ju Kiyotsugu after the war is over. I think he close down as a swords smith when Japan defeat.
This blade is polished well. I recommend this sword for Showa blade for someone prefer Showa blade.
Historical background : Departure of students for the front has started in Japan from December 1st, 1943.
