Middle Koto: Jyosaku ranking: Ryo wazamono cutting test ranking: Kaga province.
The blade was polished.
habaki: copper single habaki.
Blade length: 63.2 cm or 24.88 inches.
Sori: 1.3 cm or 0.51 inches.
Mekugi: 3
Width at the hamachi: 2.8 cm or 1.11 inches.
Width at the Kissaki: 3.25 cm or 1.28 inches.
Kasane: 0.55cm or 0.22 inches.
Era: Nanbokucyo period.
Shape: The blade is Nagamaki-naosi style gorgeous shape.
Jitetsu: Itame hada and oo Itame hada well grained with jinie attached and able to see the texture and also Chikei work blackish Jigane.
Hamon: Niedeki Gunome-midaire round shape with deep Nioikuchi
In Ha, there are many Sunagashi and Kinsuji scatter.
Special feature : Kashu Sanekage is a student of the great Norishige and the sword itself similar to the Norishige.
Especially inside of the Hamon is very active Soshu style.
Gorgeous Nagamaki and old Nanbokucho style gorgeous sword make us feel strong impression.
Recently it is rather difficult to obtain such kind of long, healthy nagamaki.
