Width at the hamachi : 3.20 cm or 1.25 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.28 cm or 0.89 inches.
Kasane : 0.72 cm or 0.28 inches.
Era : Late Edo period.
Shape : Wide and thick blade with Sori.
Jitetsu : Itame Hada and O-Itame Hada grained with Jinie attach.
Hamon : Nie Deki, Notare and Gunome Midare. There are double-Ha.
There are Ashi and Yo. Boshi is Hakikake style.
Special feature : There is a signature Geishu Ju Masamitsu.
But we do not guarantee this signature.
From the Jigane and Hamon, this blade looks like Yoshihiro.
This is stout blade. The shape and Hamon are nice.

Era : Edo period, around Kanbun era.
Shape : Wide and thick blade. The healthy blade.
Jitetsu : Itame Hada well grained with Jinie attach. This blade is typical Shitahara sword.
Hamon : Nie Deki, from the Hamachi is Suguha and then Gunome Midare.
There are Ko-Ashi. Boshi is round shape.
Special feature : Bushu Shitahara Ju Terushige worked from late Muromachi period
to Edo period in Musashi province. This blade is blackish Jigane and very shape.
This blade has suggestive of Musashi Taro Yasukuni.
