The blade was polished.
Habaki : Copper double habaki.
Blade length : 69.8 cm or 27.48 inches.
Sori : 2.5 cm or 0.98 inches.
Mekugi : 3
Width at the hamachi : 2.74 cm or 1.07 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 1.74 cm or 0.68 inches.
Kasane : 0.63 cm or 0.24 inches.
Era : Middle Muromachi period Ouan era.
Shape : The blade is regular sized sword with ddp sori nice looking shape.
Jitetsu : Koitame had and mokume had mixed with jinie attach and clear Utsuri appear.
There are some kiss but not so bad.
Hamon : Niedeki cyoji midair with kasha work.
Boshi is midarekomi and turns back.
Special feature : The founder of the Bisyu Osafune Norimitsu is late Kamakura period and continued to late Muroamchi period. This sword belonged to around 4th generation Gorozaemon Norimitsu.
Kinzogan Tenwa 3 3 Gatsu 19 HI 3 tsu Dou Otoshi and (Tenna Gen 8 Gatsu Tsuri Dou Otoshi)Kansei 6 Nen 8 Gatsuhi are precious.
Generally We can see sometimes Shito and Shinshinto Tameshigiri but Koto tameshigirri is few.
Koshirae : Issaku Koshirae.
Tsuba : On the shibuichi plate, 3 wise men and bamboo forest are engraved with copper.
Fuchikashira : On the syakudo nanako plate, festival schen is engraved with gold color.
Saya : Dirk brown kawariniri saya.
Menuki : A tiger is engraved with gold color.
kojiri : On the iron plate, silver is inlayed.

Signature : Kanekado Saku.
The blade was polished.
Habaki : Silver habaki.
Blade length : 39.8 cm or 15.66 inches.
Sori : 0.9 cm or 0.35 inches.
Mekugi : 2
Width at the hamachi : 2.79 cm or 1.09 inches.
Kasane : 0.58 cm or 0.22 inches.
Era : Late Muromachi period.
Shape : The blade is rather wide and thick sakizori style long sunnobi Tanto.
Jitetsu : Itame had well grained with jinie attach.
Hamon : Niedeki gunome midair up and down active hamon.
Special feature : Kanekado sword makers started ear ly Muromachi to latter Muromachi period.
I think this sword was made around late Muromachi period.
