The blade was polished.
Blade length : 63.93 cm or 25.16 inches.
Sori : 1.65 cm or 0.64 inches.
Mekugi: 2
Width at the hamachi : 2.80cm or 1.10 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 1.84 cm or 0.72 inches.
Kasane : 0.62 cm or 0.24 inches.
Era : Late Muromachi period.
Shape : It is wide and thick deep sori nice shape elegant katana.
Jitetsu :Itame hada well grained with flow of masa.
Hamon : Consisted in konie structure, gunome midare with small choji midare mixed.
There are active sunagashi works and in the ha as well as koashi works. Boushi is in midarekomi style.
Special feature : Kashu Kiyomitsu is a swordsmith that had produced sword from Mid-Muromachi period to Edo period.
The shape of nakago-jjiri(tip of the tang) shows the characteristic of Kashu Kiyomitsu.
This sword is deep sori piece with shirake utsuri appearing.
The hamon becomes antique style. It is appealing piece of work.
Koshirae:
Tsuba: Mokko shape Shakudo Tsuba, plover and waves are engraved with gold color.
Fuchigashira: Shakudo nanakoji plate with autumn plant and insect engraved and inlayed with gold.
Menuki: A theme of dragon tangling on a dokko is engraved and inlayed with gold.
Saya: It is pine leaf pattern design saya.

Habaki: Gold and shakudo double foiled habaki
Blade length : 28.92 cm or 11.38 inches.
Sori : 0.15 cm or 0.05 inches.
Mekugi: 1
Width at the hamachi : 2.90 cm or 1.14 inches.
Kasane : 0.58 cm or 0.22 inches.
Era : Late Muromachi period.
Shape : It is wide and thick strong looking shape tanto.
Hamon : Consisted in nie structure suguha with some irregular line.
Boshi is round end and burned down.
Special feature : Bishu Osafune Kiyomitsu stabled its carrier from middle to late Muromachi period.
Many swords were made when civil wars continued during late Muromachi period.
This sword is one of the masss produced sword however it is rather healthy tanto.
There is some kitae crack on the back side however it is not serious. It is wide strong looking sword.
Koshirae:
