Width at the hamachi : 3.13 cm or 1.23 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.21 cm or 0.87 inches.
Kasane : 0.77 cm or 0.3 inches.
Era : Late Edo period.
Shape : The blade is wide and thick with nice sori and long kissaki nice looking shape.
Jitetsu :Koitame hada well grained with jinie attach beautiful texture.
Hamon : Koniedecki like nioideki style gunome midare Choji midare decree Sakasa choji mixed with ashi scatter.
Boshi is midarekomi boshi.
Special feature : Munetsugu was born at Shirakawa province and younger brother of Koyama Munehira.
He studied from Kato Tsunahide which is called Koyama so-bei.

He lived Yotsuya Saemon cho in Akasaka Azabu and studied from Yamada Asaemon about cut well swords.

According to the Fujishiro book, Kiyomaro made sword Tanrenjyo(making sword factory) in Iga city in Yotsuya near by Koyama Munetsugu without any greeting. So Koyama Munetsugu got angry and apply cartel to Kiyomaro.
