Shinto: Jyo Saku: Owazamono: Settsu province.

This sword belongs to Jyojyo saku ranking.
The blade was polished.
Habaki :gold foiled single Habaki.
Blade length : 65.45 cm or 25.76 inches.
Sori : 1.2 cm or 0.47 inches.
Mekugi : 2
Width at the hamachi : 3.03 cm or 1.19 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.33 cm or 0.91 inches.
Kasane : 0.72 cm or 0.28 inches.
Era : Edo period around Kanbun era.
Shape : Rather wide and thick Katana.
Jigane :Ko-Itame Hada well grained with Jinie attach. This is beautiful Osaka Jigane.
Hamon : From Hamachi is Suguha and then Gunome Midare and Choji Midare.
There are also Kobusji Choji. The Hamon is gordeous. Boshi is round shape.
Special feature: Higo kami Kuniyasu, his real name is Kobayashi Minamoto Zaemon. He is a younger brother of Kunisuke 2nd generation.
His style is also looks like Kunisuke 2nd generation.
Kunisuke 2nd generation is well-known sword smith with nice Kobushi Choji Mirare.
But quality of Kuniyasu blade is better than Kunisuke.

It is stylish Tsuba. Around middle Edo period.
