The blade was polished by good polisher.
Habaki : Gold color single habaki.
Blade length : 70.6 cm or 27.79 inches.
Sori :1.1 cm or 0.43 inches.

Width at the hamachi : 2.93 cm or 1.15 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.32 cm or 0.91 inches.
Kasane : 0.72 cm or 0.28 inches.
Era : Edo Keian era.
Shape : The blade is regular size width, thickness Kanbun shape sword. Nakagojiri is kengyo shape.
Jitetsu : Koitame hada well grained with jinie attach beautiful texture which is called typical Hizen Jigane.
Hamon : Niedeki suguha hamon with rather thick noikuchi. Boshi is round shape.
Special feature : The founder of the Tadayosi is called Hizen Kuni Tadayosi
and succeeded to 2nd generation Oumi Daijyo Fujiwara Tadahiro who was a son of the Tadayoshi.
At Kanei 18th July, he got the title of the Oumi Daijyo after hid father was dead.
First generation Tadayoshi educated many students like Yukihiro, Masahiro,Tadakuni and so on.
This Tadayoshi scool was taken care under the Nabeshima family.
Therefor he was helped a lot by surrounding many students of first generation Tadayoshi.
They keep the secrets of making Hizen konuka had steal as the top secret.
This sword was made around Keian era 38 years of age which is called Jisinmei(he made the blade by himself not daisaku.)
because the nakagojiri(end of the nakago shape)

Koshirae :
Tsuba : On the iron nice color tsuba, phoenix are inlayed by brss matal. Heianjyo Tsuba. Azzuchi momoyama era.
Fuchikashira : On the iron plate, some design is engraved:Higo school.
Saya : Black roiro saya.
Menuki : Some designe is engraved by syakudo with gold color.
