The blade was polished.
Blade length : 61.8 cm or 24.33 inches.
Sori : 1.0 cm or 0.39 inches.
Mekugi : 2
Width at the hamachi : 3.01 cm or 1.18 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 1.93 cm or 0.75 inches.
Kasane : 0.59 cm or 0.23 inches.
Era : Edo period circa Kanbun(1662-1673)
Shape : It is wide and thick strong looking katana with some sori.
The curve is shallow. The shape is kanbun shinto style.
Jitetsu :Koitame hada well grained with jinie attached.
It is clear jigane.
Hamon: Nie ground gunome mixture with some up and downs.
Some tobiyaki spots(Island of temper line).
The ha is constructed from deep nioi particles.
There are some sunagashi activity.
Special feature : Kaga no kami Fujiwara Morimichi is a sword smith of
early Edo period who moved from Mino to Owari and gained success.
He has made more sword that is wide and thick. Although he was not famous,
the swords he made were all rustic swords that express well
the calm period of the late sengoku(wartime) era.

Tsuba: Mokko shape iron Tsuba, waves are engraved.
Fuchikashira: Shakudo, peony is engraved with gold and copper color.
Saya: Black roiro Saya.
Menuki: Dragon is engraved with gold color.
