Width at the hamachi : 2.82 cm or 1.11 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 1.90 cm or 0.75 inches.
Kasane : 0.65 cm or 0.26 inches.
Era : Edo period.
Shape : It is regular size and shape katana. It has shallow sori.
The shape is those of Kanbunshinto and the kissaki is rather long.
Jitetsu : Koitame hada well grained with jinie attached. It is beautiful jigane.
Hamon : NIe base, gnome midare style. It is sharp end gunome(togari gnome).
From the monouchi above, it is deep nioiguchi gunome. The boushi is round ended.
Special feature : Kanemaki is a sword smith from Kaga province.
Originated from Keicho as first generation, the family has heritage to fifth generation of Genbun.
The jitetsu is good and the hamon reminds of Kashuutou.
