Katana in Koshirae.
Signature : Kanesada (Genuine)
(We divide 4 sections for each sword as Saijyo saku, Jyojyo saku Jyo saku and regular saku)
This sword belongs to regular saku ranking.
The blade was polished.
Habaki : Silver double Habaki.
Blade length : 68.0 cm or 26.77 inches.
Sori : 1.5 cm or 0.59 inches.
Mekugi : 4
Width at the hamachi : 3.0 cm or 1.18 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.19 cm or 0.86 inches.
Kasane : 0.60 cm or 0.23 inches.
Era : Late Muromachi period.
Shape : Suriage, Machiokuri blade. But there is a signature compleyely.
Rather wide and thick nice shape Katana.
Jigane : Ko-Itame Hada well grained with Jinie attach. The Jigane is beautiful.
Hamon : Nie Deki, Notare base with Ashi. There are Sunagashi.
Boshi Togari shape and turn back.
Special feature : At the head of Kanemoto, Kanesada,
there are many sword smiths in Mino province.
The most famous sword smith is 2nd generation of Izumi Kami Kanesada.
There are many sword smiths of Kanesada.
This signature is future generations of Kanesada. This signature is genuine.
Unfortunately there is a Tate-Ware on the Hamachi part. But is is not serious.

Saya : Black Ishime-Ji Saya.
Tsuba : Mokko shape iron Tsuba, pine tree with raptorial bird are engraved with gold color.
Fuchikashira: iron, bamboo is engraved with gold color.
Menuki : Chrysanthemum is engraved with gold color.
