Sori : 1.35 cm or 0.53 inches.

Width at the hamachi : 3.0 cm or 1.18 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.39 cm or 0.94 inches.
Kasane : 0.68 cm or 0.26 inches.
Era : Edo period Kyoho era.
Shape : The blade is rather wide and thick with suitable sori and long kissaki nice looking shape.
Bo-hi is engraved on both sides of the blade.
Jitetsu : Itame Hada well grained with Jinie attach. Masanagare. This is beautiful Jigane.
Hamon : Nie Deki, deep Nioikiuchi double Ha, Uchinoke fu.
In Ha, there are wide Ashi, Sunagashi and Kinsuji. Boshi is strong Nie and wide. It is round shape.
Special feature : Mondo sho Fujiwara Masakiyo was born in 1760 at Satsuma province.
His real name is Miyahara Kiyouemon.
He studied under Masafusa. He made the blade which is deep Nie Gunome Midare Hamon.
It looks like Soshu-Den.
His primary sword's signature is Kiyomitsu and change his name from Kiyomitsu to Masakiyo.
He passed away in 1730 at age of 61.
There are many sword smiths in Satsuma province.
The Mondo sho Masakiyo is rated highest among in the Soshu-Den blades.
Ippei Yasuyo is also famous sword smith. But his blade is calm.
This blade is elegant and masterpiece.
