Sori : 0.75 cm or 0.29 inches.

Width at the hamachi : 2.9cm or 1.14 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.12 cm or 0.83 inches.
Kasane : 0.72 cm or 0.28 inches.
Era : Late Nanbokucho Period
Shape : It is O-Suriage Mumei iwht Bo-Hi and Soe-Bi engraved at both side of the blade.
The Sori is shallow but has long kissaki. It is strong shape katana.
Jitetsu : Ko-Itame hada well grained with jinie attached. It is clear and well grained jigane.
Hamon : Nie Deki suguha with Koashi attached. Yo activities are well seen.
There are fine Kinsuji works. Boshi is midare style ending with round curve.
Hamon resembles Aoe school
Special feature : The name Chiyozuru comes from the childhood name of Kuniyasu who is the founder of Echizen Rai.
First generation Kuniyasu has descended from first generation Kuniyasu.
He has moved to Echizen which is now in Fukui Prefecture.
There is only few Zaimei works such as Two generation Kuniyasu, Morishige, Morihiro and others.
There is also Shigekuni and Kuniyuki in same generation.
Chiyoduru was popular for marriage and celebration from the auspicious name.
There are four generation for Chiyoduru Morihiro. The first generation was said to be the son of Rai Kuniyasu
of NAnbokucho Period circa Bunwa(1352-) followed by second generatio( Late Nanbokucho Period Circa Shitoku 1384),
third generation(Muromachi Period Circa Ouei (1394) and fourth generation (Muromachi Period Kakitsu'1441-).
Koshirae :
Tsuba : NBTHK Hozon paper; Shindo Gotetsuren/ Myouchin Kino Munesuke-ken Shishi zu
Fuchi: Shakudo nanakoji plate with shell design engraved and inlayed with gold.
kashira : It is tsuno with pattern engraved and inlayed iwth gold.
Saya : Black Roiro saya
Menuki : Shakudo plate with flower engraved and inlayed with gold.
