The blade was polished.
Blade length : 69.8 cm or 27.48 inches.
Sori : 1.2 cm or 0.47 inches.
Mekugi : 3
Width at the hamachi : 3.20 cm or 1.25 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.29 cm or 0.9 inches.
Kasane : 0.67 cm or 0.26 inches.
Era : Late Kamakura period to Nanbokucho period
Shape : It is O-suriage mumei with hi engraved through
the nakago area as well. It is regular width and thickness.
Kissaki is long ended.
Jitetsu : Koitame hada with mixture of mokume hada.
There is fine jinie attached and fine chikei works.
Hamon : Konie deki suguha with some notare pattern mixed.
There is Uchinoke mixed and some fine sunagashi
and kinsuji works appear in the ha. Boushi is round hakikake style.
Special feature : Ko-Uda has been successful from Kamakura period to Nanbokucho period
and has continued to Muromachi period. The Uda school has moved from Yamato province Uda ward to Ecchu province.
Ko Nyudo Kunimitsu was the origin of the Uda schoool.
The school continued from Kamakura period to Edo period.
The Kamakura period to Nanbokucho period Uda school swords are called Ko-Uda school.

Tsuba: Mokkou shape Iron Tsuba.
Fuchikashira: Shakudo Nanako, plants and cricket are engraved with gold color.
Saya: Black Roiro Saya.
Menuki: Shishi is engraved.
