Blade length : 64.8 cm or 25.51 inches.
Sori : 2.09 cm or 0.82 inches.

Width at the hamachi : 2.95 cm or 1.16 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.2 cm or 0.86 inches.
Kasane : 0.64 cm or 0.25 inches.
Era : Edo period around Genroku era.
Shape : Wide and thick, Suriage Machi Okuri Katana.
Jitetsu : Ko-Itame Hada well grained with Jinie attach.
Hamon : Nie Deki Suguha base, some Gunome Midare mix.
Boshi is round shape.
Special feature : Jumyo is sold as good fortune from Muromachi period to Edo period.
So Samurai and Daimyo presented as a gift for birthday, coming-of-age ceremony or other purpose.
This blade was made around Edo period.This Jigane is beautiful.

Tsuba : Large around shape Yamagane Tsuba, Oni devil and Shoki(Zhon Kui) are engraved with open work.
Fuchikashira : Shakudo plate, dragon is engraved with gold color.
Saya : Brown stripe design.
Menuki : Shakudo plate, phenix is engraved with gold color.
Kojiri : Yamagane.
