Era : Eeary Muromachi period. 1400 (600 years ago).
Shape : The blade is oosuriage mumei (cut shortened) with sori and longer kissaki.
Jitetsu : Koitame hada well grained with jinie attach and soft feeling texture and utsuri appear.
Hamon : Konie deki suguha with ashi and yo work soft feeling hamon.
Special feature : Sue nio is called early muromachi (ouei era) to late Muromachi period. Kiyotsuna, Kiyokage,Kiyosada,Masakiyo and Nobukiyo are well known sword makers. These swore makers mad suguha hamon and soft feeling nice Jigane.
This blade is also soft jigane with utsuri and konie deki suguha with soft ashi and yo.

Tsuba :On the shakudo mokko style tsuba, engraved kiri family crest open work and engraved Kiri family crests on the mimi(rim) with gold color. Nice quality.
Fuchikashira :On the shakudo plate, flowers are engraved with gold color.
Saya : Red brown saya with rope design.
Menuki : On the shakudo plate, flower is engraved with gold color.
Kogai:On the shakudo nanako plate, flowers are engraved with gold color.
