The blade was polished by highest polisher.
Blade length : 71.4 cm or 28.11 inches.
Sori : 0.6 cm or 0.24 inches.
Mekugi : 1
Width at the hamachi : 3.06 cm or 1.20 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 1.93 cm or 0.75 inches.
Kasane : 0.7 cm or 0.27 inches.
Era : Edo period Kanbun era.period.
Shape : On both sides of the blade, Bo-hi are engraved.
Jitetsu : Koitame had well grained with jinie attach beautiful texture.
Hamon : Niedeki gunmen midair and Jyuzuba hamon mixed and in Hamon, there are many sunagashi and kinsuji work.
The hamon is very bright and clear.
Boshi is kind of snake's head shape which looks like Kotetsu boshi.
Special feature : Nagasone Okisato Nyudo Kotetsu is the top ranking wordsmith in Edo period.
The blade is bright and clear which looks like Kotetsu but the signature is questionable.
So we don't responsible about this signature.
I think the beautiful Jigane and Jyuzuba hamon, the blade might be Kaneshige or Masahiro which sword makers are working at Edo period Kanbun era.
Even though the blade is questionable, the blade itself very attractive and bright hamon.
The owner has been kept so long time and polished perfectly.
But I told the owner my Kantei (judge)and agreed to sell the sword.
