Signature : Soshu Ise Daijo Minamoto Tsunahiro (the 5th generation)
Shinto : Jo saku ranking: Wazamono cutting test ranking : Sagami province.
(We divide 4 sections for each sword as Saijo saku, Jojo saku, Jo saku and regular saku)
This sword belongs to Jojo saku ranking.
The blade is polished by good polisher.
Habaki : Single silver Habaki.
Blade length : 74.5 cm or 29.3 inches.
Sori : 0.9 cm or 0.35 inches.
Mekugi : 1
Width at the Hamachi : 2.95 cm or 1.16 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.00 cm or 0.79 inches.
Kasane :0.63 cm or 0.25 inches.
Era : Edo period Manji era. (Around 1658~1660)
Shape : The blade is long, regular width and thickness with suitable curve, long Kissaki.
Jigane : Koitame-hada well grained with Jinie attach beautiful texture.
Hamon : Nie-deki Suguha based Notare Hamon with Sunagashi working. Boshi turns round shape with deep Nioikuchi.

Saya : Black leather covered Saya.
Tsuba : Round shape iron Tsuba with chrysanthemum design engraved openwork with brass inlaid.
Menuki : Sowrd and writing brush carved with Shakudo plate with gold color.
Fuchi-kashira : Paulownia crests on ocean wave carved on Shibuichi plates.
