Signature : The signature is mentioned as Sukenobu Saku.
The blade was polished.
Blade length : 67 cm or 26.37 inches.
Sori : 2.0 cm or 0.78 inches.
Mekugi : 3
Width at the hamachi : 2.78 cm or 1.09 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 1.81 cm or 0.71 inches.
Kasane : 0.6 cm or 0.23 inches.
Jidai(era) : Nanbokucyo period.
Shape : The blade was suriage and signature is mentioned Sukenobu on the nakago.
Jitetsu : Koitame had well grained fantastic jigane like Awataguchi mono.
There are some openings on the Ji and kissaki.
Hamon : Koniedeki suguha and notare hamon.
In Ha, there are many ash, Yo work.
Special feature : The signature is mentioned on the Tang Katana mei Sukenobu saki.
So the blade might be Aoe school but the jigane looks Awataaguchi mono.
Also Hamon is different from Aoe school.
So from the shape of the Hamon, the blade might be Saiha (re temper).
I don't know whether the blade will pass NBTHK Hozon paper or not at this moment.
But the jigane of this blade is wonderful koitame hada and also visible to see clear Utsuri.
