Showa 18 nen 8 gatsu Kichijitsu (August lucky day 1943)
(We divide 4 sections for each sword as Saijyo saku, Jyojyo saku Jyo saku and regular saku)
This sword belongs to Jyo saku ranking.
The blade was polished.
Habaki :silver single habaki.
Blade length : 65.6 cm or 25.82 inches.
Sori : 1.8 cm or 0.70 inches.
Mekugi : 1
Width at the hamachi : 3.04cm or 1.19 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.12cm or 0.83 inches.
Kasane : 0.67 cm or 0.26 inches.
Era : Showa war time.
Shape : The blade is wide and thick healthy blade.
Jigane :Koitame hada well grained with jinie attach and also small chikei work.
Hamon :Niedeki gunome and cyoji midare mixed with deep nioikuchi and in Hamon, there are many Kinsuji scatter.
Boshi is midare and round shape with Tama(circle figure).
Special feature: Sadanobu was working at Yosyu Shikoku area.
I think his master is Yosyu Sadashige.
The blade is very active Hamon.

Saya :Black roiro saya.
Tsuba :On the round iron tsuba, hart mark are engraved both sides of the Tsuba open work.
Menuki : a flying crane is engraved by syakudo with gold color.
