The Sayagaki explanation: Ensyu Ittaishi Kuniyasu Tenpo 4th year.
Kawai Munehuyu asked to make this sword to 71 years of age Kuniyasu.
The Kuniyasu is a student of the Suishinshi Masahide and looks like as same as his master's work. the length of the blade is 65.3cm Aoimi 1833 middle August Tanzan Tauji.(Tanobe sensei).
The blade was polished .
Blade length :65.3 cm or 25.7nches.
Sori : 2.8cm or 1.1 inches.
Width at the hamachi : 3,12 cm or 1.228nches.
Width at the Kissaki: 2.19 cm or 0.83inches.
Kasane : 0.52m or 0.20 inches.
Era : Late Edo period.
Shape : The blade is wide and thick deep nice looking shape.
Jitetsu :Itame hada well grained with Jinie attach.
Hamon : Niedeki Suguha hamon and in Ha, there are many Ashi,Sunagashi and Kinsuji work.
Special feature : Kuniyasu was working at Oumi province and then he studied from Suishinshi Masahide.
He was influenced a lot from his great master Masahide.
His subject is similar with his master.
He helped a lot for his master. so his posthumous works are very few.
