Shape : This blade is regular sized Oosuriage Mumei Katana with Tachi style.
Jitetsu : Itame hada and Mokume hada are mixed and looks like a Masame hada.
And Shirake Utsuri appear.
Hamon : Niedeki Suguha.
Special feature : The founder of Chikushi ryokai started Nanbokucyo
era after Yamashiro ryokai moved to Chikugo area.
He special feature of this school mixed Yamashiro ryokai suguha
and bungo jigane which was hadatachi jigane (visible to see the texture).
This blade has nice Tachi style shape with Sori.
This blade was appraised as Chikushi Ryoukai because of Jitetsu and Jitetsu’s color.

Tsuba : On the iron Tsuba, Ume flower is engraved with gold color Iroe.
Fuchikashira : On the Shakudo Nanako plate, Shishi dog and Botan flower are engraved with gold color.
Saya : Black Kizami Saya.
Menuki : On the Shakudo plate, constellation and cloud are engraved with gold color.
