The blade was polished.
habaki:silver foiles single habaki.
Blade length : 62.6 cm or 24.64 inches.
Sori : 1.6 cm or 0.62 inches.

Width at the hamachi :2.71 cm or 1.06 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 0.96 cm or 0.37 inches.
Kasane : 0.55cm or 0.21 inches.
Era : Late Muromachi period.
Shape : The blade is suriage and Machiokuri style with whole signature.
the blade is regular sized suriage nakago.
Jitetsu :Itame hada well grained with jinie attach and visible to see the texture well.
Hamon : niedeki gunome midair up and down, especially from the mnouichi area,
the Hamon is active and sunagashi Kinsuji scatter.
Boshi is hakikake style and turns back long yakisage style.
Special feature : Taira Takada school was working at Late Muromachi period
and named Taira on the head of the signature.
Taira Nagamori is well known swordmker in Taira Takada school.
This blade was judged by human national treasure Fujishiro sensei who passed away.
The blade is wild feeling active hamon.

Tsuba :On the thick round shape iron Tsuba and engraved a dragon. Nanbantetsu.
Fuchikashira :On the iron plate, some design is engraved with gold color.
Saya : black roar saya.
Menuki : some insect is engraved with gld color.
