Width at the Kissaki : 2.11 cm or 0.83 inches.

Era : Nanbokucho period.
Shape : The blade is Oosuriage mumei (cut shortened) wide and thick with deep sori and also long kissaki nice looking shape.
Jitetsu : Itame had well grained with jinie attach silk crape Jigane which is called Chirimen hada.
Hamon : Konie based suguha hamon with a lot of ash bright hamon.
Special feature : The founder of the Aoe school started from early Kamakura to middle Kamakura which is called Koaoe school.
From late Kamakura to Nanbokucho period is called Aoe school.
This sword belongs to Aoe school Nanbokucho period.
According to the Jyuyo zufu, the blade has good healthy meat and nice utsuri appear bright nice nioikuchi.
