Shape : The blade is rather wide and thick long size healthy nice style Tanto.
Jitetsu :Koitame had and mokume had mixed with jinie attach and also small Chikei work.
Hamon : Niedeki suguha with small Ashi scatter and round shape Boshi with Hakikake style.
Special feature : Kanasada (Hachiya school) was working at Late Muromachi period Eisyo era.
At Mino province, Magoroku Kanemoto, Izumi Kami Kanesada, Takatenjin Kaneaki
and Hachiya Kanesada are well known sword makers.
Hachiya Kanaesada is well known nice Jigane compare with other Mino sword makers.
He is a stream of the Daruma school in Kyoto province.
He was working at Kamo city Mino province Gihu prefecture.
The blade is healthy and nice work.
Probably the blade has kept for a long period by Daimyo or high ranking family.

Saya : Negoro style. On the black roar Saya, and covered by red color Urushinuri.
We Japanese people enjoy the the color of the surface which some black part disappear by long age
and see the small red color. The painting is mix up red and black color which is tasteful atmosphere.
