Sue-Koto: Chujosaku: Mino
The blade was polished.
Blade length : 26.5cm or 10.43inches.
Sori : 0.2cm or 0.1inches.
Mekugi : 2
Width at the hamachi : 2.36cm or  0.93inches.
Kasane : 0.38cm or 0.15inches.
Era : Late Muromachi period Eiroku
Shape : It is regular width and thickness with sakizori.
It is a shape that reminds of late Muromachi peirod works.
Jitetsu : Itame had awell grained iwth clear hada pattern.
There is some Masa mixed.
Hamon : NIe Deki Gunome midare with deep nioiguchi.
The habuchi is tight and bright. Boshi is saki togari ha.

Special feature : Kintaka(Kanetaka) with a sword smith from MIno province
and was successful during Eiroku peirod.
The piece is similar to Kanenori which was popular at the time.
It is nice condition work.

Historical Background: Kinoshita Toukiro started working under Oda Nobunaga in Eiroku 1st year.
At Eiroku 3rd year May 19th, June 12th, Imagawa Yoshimoto who has attacked Owari at Battle of Okehazama was defeated.
