Special feature:It is Kawarigata Iron tsuba with Eda GIku(chrysanthemum design) engraved in openwork and gold and silver cloth inlaid on top. Haruta school flourished from Yamato Province first. They have made made thick porcelain bowl with a flattened top and bottom. Later after middle Edo Period, the school divided in two provinces(Echizen and Izumo). This piece is from Echizen province Haruta.
In this work, the chrysanthemum design is gracefully engraved. It is very elegant work.
