Special feature:On soft edge iron tsuba, family crest is engraved in open work and seaweed patterns are engraved in brass. Yoshiro Style Shinchu Zogan has been decended from Heian Jyo Zogan tsuba. Those tsuba was popular during Aduchi Momoyama period to Mid Edo period. It is easily identified from the Karakusa and Seaweed(Kaiso) pattern inlay. This piece is rare soft edge square shape iron tsuba with typical Yoshiro pattern engraved. It is elegant and beautiful tsuba.
