Shape : It is wide and thick strong looking katana.
Jitetsu : Masame hada well grained with jinie attached.
There is chike iseen and it is clear jigane.
Hamon: Nie structure with deep nioiguchi.
There is thick suguha with som ashi appearing.
Sunagashi and kinsuji activities could also be observed in the Ha.
Boushi is hakikake style and it is turned around in deep nioiguchi style.
Special feature : Yoshimasa is a descendant of Noshu Sekizen Sadaie and was called
Tanaka Minamoto zaemon and has been also activein Tosa or Kouchi Prefecture now.
This piece hamon reminds of Inoue Shikai however it is close to Masame
and it is wonderful Soshuden hada. He was one of the active sword smith in Edo Shinto period.
His pieces are close to Hojyoji school style and is similar to that of Kaneshige,
This sword has a gold inlay cutting test signauter of Saida Jinzaemon which shows
that this sword is sharp.
