The blade is polished.
Habaki : copper double habaki.
Blade length : 30.03 cm or 11.8 inches.
Sori : 0.2 cm or 0.07 inches.

Width at the hamachi :2.69 cm or 1.06 inches.
Kasane : 0.63 cm or 0.24 inches.
Era : Mid Edo period.
Shape : The blade is wide and thick with long Sunnobi Wakizashi.
Jigane : Koitame-hada well grained with Jinie attach and small Utsuri appears.
Hamon : Nioideki Choji-midare Hitatsura style active Hamon. Boshi is round shape Kaen style and Yakisage deep.
Special feature : Even though Sukeharu isn’t famous swordsmith, this Jigane is fine and Hitatsura is rare.

Saya : Black Roiro Saya.
Tsuba : Openwork gear design engraved on round shape iron Tsuba. Mei: Shigetsugu.
Menuki : Aoi family crests are engraved with gold color.
Kashira : Made of horn.
