Blade length : 34.5 cm or 13.58 inches.
Sori : 0cm or 0 inches.
Mekugi: 1
Width at Hamachi : 2.41 cm or 0.94 inches.
Kasane : 0.95 cm or 0.37 inches.
Era : Late Muromachi period.
Shape : This blade is wide and thick Sankaku-Yari with long Kera-kubi.
On the backside of blade, Bou-hi is engraved with vermilion color.
Jitetsu : Itame hada well grained with Jinie attach, and Masa nagare.
Hamon : Niedeki Suguha and Kogunome midare are mixed.
In Ha, there are Ashi. Hamon on the upper part is not clear.
Special feature : This blade has signature “Kanemichi”, but there is no
information about this signature.
I think this Sankaku-Yari was Mino-Seki blade in late Muromachi period.
The shape is massive, and Shirasaya is very nice.
